If you tell them it is a PC, and taht you are testing it out because you are building a legal system, then they will probably give you a "fix-it" ticket. Meaning you have to take it out and goto a shop that can verify taht for the court.
Plus it is really dangerous to have that stuff on, I have come to realize that even though i am a pretty good driver. One glance is closer to death.
