Post Newbie Q's about LCD's

I've got a bunch of questions and would appreciate anyone taking time to answer some or all. Thanks guys.

I'm still trying to understand just how I would get visual with WinAmp/Win98. I've never used anything else but a regular PC monitor so this whole LCD/TFT/etc thing is new to me.

Can a "regular" Windows desktop be displayed on an LCD such as this one http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showd...=4686&CATID=44 ? This would require a TV tuner video card, right?

I have a really small keyboard...regular type but it's a compact design, and I plan on using that but how would I see what I'm doing if I use something like Nathan Stuart's Ampcontrol s/w? Would I even NEED Ampcontrol if I were to use a bigger LCD display such as the one I have the link to up top? I'd like to be able to choose directories or edit/make playlists but if I use something like Seiko's L4034 I can't see how I could get enough screen/info to do that?
