Being an ex-RS employee i would agree with that statement IF you added "NOW" to it...
in the early 90's it was another story.. there was at least 1 real tech in each store... now you'd be lucky if there was one in the stores district..
don't get me wrong I'm not sticking up for good ol' tandy corp or any of their chains (RadioShack, Circuit city.. etc..) but the quality of the employees just went down the crapper these last few years...
(btw incase you were curious, I pre-dated the POS terminals in the RS stores i was working in (asst. mgr/mgr))
