moahdib, just wanted to ask a couple questions, first of all....do you have an invertor, or just a dc adapter......basically i'm asking if you docking station takes an AC or DC input, i know all of the new IBM docks in my office are AC power and dont use the laptop dc power supply. Also.........wouldnt the standard ITPS work as a shutdown controller for a laptop perfectly? I was thinking of using one to regulate power for a LCD in a buddy's car, and using it to controll startup/shutdown for a laptop through a dock.
