Interstates are differnet. I just follow the flow of traffic (within reason). Most people drive about 80mph on interstates. I even have passed state troopers doing 80-85mph, simply following with the flow of traffic. Interstates marked 45mph are a joke. Now if people could learn to keep right and pass on the left (auto-ban) then the world would be a happier place.
