YES, ( all parts are new)
2. Is everything needed included (ie. are you selling everything required to get this screen working with normal VGA out)?
No, I am selling the TFT controller, the Touch LCD and the Touch Controller. you will need inverter, vga to tft controller cable , tft controller to LCD cable, and com port to touch controller cable.
(I built all of my cables or you can buy from fourms members here )
3. Have you tested this?
YES . All tested working ! with the cable i built.. Again read!! the links to get an idea what you are gettting and how to set it up..
