Nope the 159 euro is not for a complete set, the GSM modem aswell the GPS reciever is included.
You need next to this unit an active GPS antenna and an GSM antenna both are sold via the same webstore.
The GSM modem in the unit is a Wavecom WMOi3 and is suited for the 900 and 1800 Mhz GSM network.

The backup battery is a complete unit including battery and charching electronics. (my batt. was DOA, but was easy to replace)
If you use the backup batt. you will also need an extra cable!
