As i mentioned above this will D/C The power from the PC it will do a soft shutdown then 2mins later it will d/c the power so if it freezes then it will be turned off anyway.

Thats how i have mine to but it takes 30secs for mine to come out of hibernation so it be nice for it to start stright away it's not a lazy factor.
Hell if u can get my startup time down to 10secs i wouldnt need this.
But the main thing for this is to have the pc on while the car's off for a short amount of time so you don't have to keep starting and stopping cause it gets annoying when you gotta wait 30sec for the pc to hibernate then get out drop off something then start it back up.
