If you're having a problem where your Lilliput (even if brand new) looks like this when you calibrate it:

Then it looks like you need a new touchscreen overlay.
You may have some luck contacting whomever you bought the screen from and arranging a return, but if not the replacement panel can be found at DigitalWW...
here.
They're a cinch to install. Carefully disassemble your Lilliput and remove the taped on touchscreen panel. Now remove the protective covering on the replacement panel and secure it on the screen with a little tape of your own. Hook its little connector up just like the old one was and reassemble your Lilli and you're good to go. Easy as that.
