Post A few questions for a (semi) clueless newbie

I'm building a barebones mp3 player, and I've got a few questions.

I purchased the following motherboard/CPU on ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI...item=497432829

How much memory would I need to simply load Win98 and WinAmp and play MP3s at a reasonable speed? What KIND of memory do I need?

Just for reference, I (foolishly?) plan on building the whole system from scratch (something I've never done before) using the following components:
-Mini tower case
-Pentium 133
-16 or 32 megs of RAM
-20 gig (or so) HD
-TrippLite 300W power inverter
-Numeric Keypad
-Windows 98, WinAmp, keypad plugin

Anyone have any words of wisdom for me? How does this setup sound (I know it's incomplete, BTW).

Thanks in advance for any advice, and keep up all the good work.
