i've had this a few times and thought alot about it, here's my conclusion:
it says in the microsoft papers not to set a horm point while other drives are plugged in due to caching corruption possibilities. i'm currently trying to come up with a solution.
do you guys have other drives plugged in (secondary music\movies drive, etc.) while setting your horm point?
