The position of the LCD is perfect. I thought it was going to be too low, but I didn't want to relocate anything. In the end, I'm glad I kept it where it is. The angle of viewing is perfect and its easily accessible. It also doesn't make it look as obvious, the best comment I ever got was from another mach1 owner who said he didn't know the dvd player was an option
I went with the obddiagnostics.com solution, but I will be getting rid of it shortly. I have an SCT XCal II Handheld tuner which does datalogging. I'm just working now on writing my own software for it as it is MUCH MUCH quicker then the dataloggers out there.
