don't confound connecting phoco to the phone and connect rr to phoco.
i rr uses a tcp connection to "control" phoco. so phoco only will be restarted if rr coul not connect to phoco via tcp. i don't have any chances to verify if bluetoothconnections are enabled or not on your pc.
could you give me a more detailed explanation of the errors you get. i could take a look at the code and wipe out some bugs (if there any
)
Also you get an error from phoco if phoco could not connect to a phone on startup. but this should happen also when launching phoco standalone...
