ehm.. the GPS is a USB.. u keep repeating about serial thingy ?
have you gotten your info straight? or?.. ehm.. i dunno.. i did notice that the usb was detected as a microsoft ball mouse

ehm... Haicom has the lamest driver support.. maybe ill try the GPS on windowsME
