Any other ideas?

A friend of mine has a program that he was showing me that replaces the windows shell with a more Widgets-style shell. The neat thing about it is that it included a small program that easily allowed for the shell to be changed back and forth. Now the problem is, I don't remember the name of the progarm that he was using. I've been meaning to get back with him on it but I haven't seen him around (which is bad because he doesn't live very far).
