You mean for the Freedom one? I'd probably just go with the AAA batteries. 120 hours of actual use is pretty good. You could get the quick charge rayovac batteries if you dont' want to keep buying them.
But if you want a power supply, shouldn't be that hard. I'm guessing it needs a 3volt supply. Is your car a 12v or 24v system? Eitherway, should be able to make a simple regulator out of a LM317 voltage regulator.
