for a basic setup you would need a compressor, an air tank, airbags (obviously), valves (to port air to the airbags), airlines, all the fittings for the lines, wiring and switches.
Depending on how crazy you want to get you will also have to notch your frame. If you haven't done this type of stuff before, you would probably be best getting a shop to do the work. I'm sure that if you are keen on getting it done, the shop you choose will be able to show you their work and give you all the details on how the installation is done.
I suggest you have a look on some of the minitruck sites. They have a lot of valuable info on this type of thing. You could also have a look at the truck edition of street source magazine. http://www.streetsource.com/
