SWEEEEEET!!! I got it to work

I found some generic usb->serial drivers for XP64 online. Then I went in and changed the ID in the .inf file to the one that is in the 32 bit USB drivers for the bu 303. It installed and seems to be working!!!
Wow, much better than the other alternatives.
