I have the same problem, my motherboard refuses to boot when +12V is supplied to ignition. I have checked all the rails and the values all look good but the board wont boot up, another thing I noticed is that when I remove +12V from the Ignition wire the board starts to boot up... This to me indicates some timing issue with the ON signal when Ignition is first put to +12V. Has anyone figured out a solution to this as yet.
