It does full screen and looks very nice on a 7 inch screen. Text is big and readable and buttons are touch-friendly. I wasn't able to connect using
this obd cable however.
My protocol is ISO but according to the site, it looks like it only works with ELM and AGV (whatever that is) based connectors. Too bad - it was just what I was looking for in a OBD program.
