Oh, I see, he has a GPS unit with him, which he then queries for Lat and Lon, then inputs that into the SMS, which is automatically then put into the location for you to NAv to.
That really makes little sense. First of all, how often do you have a location that you can't find in your Navi program? If that happens often, I suggest a different Nav program that covers your area. Next, if he has a GPS and can give you the Lat and Lon, then maybe you should just manually put that into your program after converting them with this (
http://franson.com/coordtrans/index.asp?ref=google) or some other program. No need to do it automatically, and also, it seems like an extra step that is not needed, and also, there is room for human error (your mate has to put the co-ordinates in correctly and perfectly, and we all now, putting that info into an SMS will take lots of time) when you can pull out your keyboard and enter them very quickly while he talks to you on the phone.
Doesn't seem worth the time to make, andthe uses are VERY limited.
