Amp behavior.

Hello.

Just put my carpc in my dash and for the instant i have no sound.

For my test i used an external regular PC power supply (110v from house) as my M2 ATX doesn't work. The pc run well, used some pc speaker to check the sound output everything is ok.

I connect the amp remote to the +12v, the led amp blink, but doesn't stay light.
No sound.
If i check the power on the amp (directly coming from battery) i have 13v, when i plug the remote the power goes down to 8.40v, engine on or not. I've checked that the - from the car arrive correctly to the amp, 0 ohm. Everything seems ok except that i have no sound, not even a plop when starting the amp. And as long as i kept the remote on 12v the amp seems to be on. The amp is brand new. The big fuse on the battery line is ok, and the fuse on the amp is ok to.
Did i do something wrong ? Before i go to the shop and be an idiot because i do something wrong.
thanks.
