Did you get rid of the moon phase with the window name Form1?
If so then change
from
"AUDIO","LOAD;audio_player.skin;MP3's;;Form1||MOON APP||ACTIVATE;RoadRunner"
to
"AUDIO","LOAD;audio_player.skin;MP3's"
