AutoRoute is the European version of Streets and Trips.
S&T and MP are fairly different from each other in their offerings.
Only MP has a programming object model that is exposed to development.

So, the short answer is "No".

But you bring up a good point.
CFMapPoint does not yet support European MP.
It is just a simple startup flag, but:

I don't have the European version to test it with.
I need to add an option to the UI
