Ok, so when you put your old Kenwood back in, all the speakers worked? If so then nothing is damaged.

The signal from the headunit area is of course fine then and the problem is between the computer and the cabling getting it to the good wires.

If it only comes out of the front passenger then it could be that the wire you are using to get from the 1/8" jack to the RCA is faulty.

Also check the software side. Check your mobo's sound output to see if the balance is offset to one side. Also make sure that if you have it set to mono or stereo. If it is mono, then one will not work. If you plug in regular speakers to the computer, does it come out both or just one?
