I use a Palm Vx (Well, WILL whenever I get it fixed) with a USB - Serial adapter and Jukebox/PalmAmp software to control winamp. This was the best option for me because I had to keep every thing 100% removable and it is less of a distraction while driving. I had a version of this setup with my first carputer that died a full 30 minutes after I got it going.
