not sure if you found what you were looking for, but this is what I did for my wintv-usb2 setup. goes from coax (for fm) to a motorola plug for the car antenna. I just took a 3' piece of coax, bought a solderable motorola plug from radio shack, soldered it on and this is what I ended up with. works great
