I have not had any type of cooling problems as of yet. I have a LOT of space in my dash though. We had a few 100+ days here in michigan last week and the carPC fared just fine through it all. Even the one day when my windows were up and it was like 120 degrees when I got back in the car the PC still ran a good as ever. How did you install yours? What materials? The reason I use .063" aluminum is not only because of its strength but also because of its thermal properties. Aluminum is VERY effective at heat transfer. It acts like a heat sink to draw heat away from componets.
