Forget winamp all together. Once you set the winamp path, music path and playlist path in RRconfig.exe, RR will then take over - using winamp for functionality only. You are expecting RR to pre-load all your music from the "Music Folder" into the playlist automatically. It doesn't and shouldn't do this for obvious reasons. There are two simple solutions for you:
1) go into the audio browser and add all your music to the playlist...Done, or
2) Find a skin with "Directory Player" capability, or customize one to do it (very easy).
