Here is a pic of my rca video out on my tv. i get the same fuzzy lines on 2 tvs, and 3 separate lcd screens that I tried.

Here is my stuff:
EPIA 800 C3
Crucial 256 Pc133
40 gig Hitachi 2.5"
4x Toshiba dvd-rom 2.5"

I've tried almost everything and I always get hte fuzzy lines. I've narrowed it to the motherboard
I've replaced HDS, rca wires, no dvd, memory and still Fuzzy Lines.

I hope someone can help with this fix.
