I have heard rumors of noise issues from other behringer products but I have not used them so I can't comment. At a $250 price point with all the features...you have to wonder about the quality of the product. Specs look good but numbers on a piece of paper don't aways make for a good product. It's a cheaper solution to all others if you have the room in your car, and maybe aren't planning on competing in car audio.

If you don't want to risk it, the DBX unit is nice. As Red said, people have been using in car audio for years as an alternative. Here is a link

Also, I have seen complaints about ground loop noise issues with the UCS so do some more research on that as well.
