This is the best way to have delay and save dsp ressources but it has a fixed value. Anyway, once you got the right delay, your dont need to change it.

About the "touchsreen friendly"... Personnally i think i will get a mini-keyboard and use arrows to changes values. A single click on the setting will be enought...
