Well. Here's my limited contribution:
- Don't limit yourself to YouTube.
- Try to make it as simple as possible
- Make sure to support wifi(no just EVDO)
1) Support other services such as Google Video
2) Since YouTube's system is instrinsicly complex simplifying it might be hard
3) Make sure ppl can use other long rang internet systems
