I'm thinking EMU 0404 usb - optical toslink - some kind of dsp.

I dont care about dolby. I would like time alignment and EQ. I dont care much about crossover controls as i can set that at the amp, and im keeping my passive component crossovers.

I just want to be able to have optical input to 6 rca channels out at a decent clean voltage with good sound quality.
