Exactly! I don't stream radio on my service, I use it for:
- GPS point uploading
- Instant messaging
- POP3 e-mail in the background
And for these purposes the dedicated cheap internet service works great.
It doesnt take 116 seconds to download this web page, because today most web browser / web servers compress their web traffic using gzip.
