I have posted this response on our forums as well, but in case you look here first ~ As we had discussed in another thread, we believe the ELM hardware product may be the source of your problem in this situation. I strongly suggest you contact the manufacturer or reseller from where you purchased your hardware to first identify your hardare problems. Once these are resolved, I am sure you will find more success with Digimoto. Obviously you have had no success with any software, so to say it is a Digimoto problem is incorrect. The ELM seems to be detecting protocol, but is unable to communicate. There is definitely a problem here, but it is not in the software.
On a side note we support all OBDII compliant vehicles. If your vehicle does not work with this solution either it is not OBDII compliant or there may be some type of internal problem with your vehicle or you may have purchased faulty hardware (see above). There are a few older foreign vehicles (vehicles not sold within the USA) that simply did not comply with OBDII standards and there is nothing we can do about that. If the ELM hardware doesn't communicate with the vehicle, there is nothing the software will be able to do (same goes with the mOByDic). I recommend all customers read our FAQ to determine if their vehicle is OBDII compliant, especially customers who reside in a country outside the USA. In the rare case your solution does not work, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee for your safety.
