Well if you have that little car in your avatar, then the alternator is probably pretty small. With a power hungry system like you have in your sig, you are barely charging your battery so it is driveable but not "full" if you do short trips.

Now, when you turn off the computer completely, it still draws power to some devices. USB devices are notorious because computers supply 5vsb, (standby), meaning even when off, these have power. Plug in something with a light. Preferrably 2 lights, 1 for on 1 for off. Example would be some sound card that whenever it is plugged in it is red. But when the PC starts, it turns blue. Always has power.

Also if you are using standby, this will eat away your battery pretty fast too. And all PSU's take a bit of power constantly because they have logic on them to wait for the 12v ign wire, and that logic takes power.

Also (Also is a good word...) now it is winter time, batteries are not as good, and if you have a regular battery this constant whoopsie draining makes the battery crap and it will drain faster next time. It seems as if this has happened quite often for you. Get a YellowTop or other deepcycle/marine battery.

Other possiblities as well, but these are the most common.
