Ok, the CD-UB100 will work with any P series head units, the level of functionally will vary though.
All of the older P series units will give basic functions and of the newly announced units only the DEH-P4900IB will give on screen display of the file and folder names, all of the other P series units will give the 'USB F001' display.
The video should be up by the end of the day, if i can figure out how to get YouTube to work.
I don’t know much about the US product range as I don’t live there, they are normally tweaks on the European range.
I'm not going to make comments as to products that have not yet been published but the PDF you guys have seen is a preview so stay tuned for the full brochure...
Jim, those units with the *, they are the ones in the catalog, it will work with older head units, that’s the good thing about the P bus system. The preview has the basic range for the time being, more advanced units will be along later.
bbfoto, yep it will work fine but in a compatibility mode.
