The next version I upload should been full-screen capable, able to run on the 800x480 screens! It looks pretty neat now when you run it, and it gives a feel how it will be in the car.

The next version will have a few cosmetic changes, and better support for the nicer visuals. I think since the visuals relate so much to personal taste I'll make a way for you (in the config menu) to turn some visuals on/off, so that you never have to see the ones you don't like.

Oh, and since running it in full-screen, I finally added the shutdown menu (sleep, shutdown, restart, log out, exit AMP)

Also last night I figured out a really neat way to do the OSK, so I'll have to get some work in on that. Probably wont be until after tuesday (1 week -- I have three tests coming up). So I'll get this full screen version cleaned up and uploaded maybe today or tomorrow. Just so you can see what it looks like, etc

- Gotto go!

Reading between the lines I have already had the answer for 800x600.

Any computer that can run Mac OS 10.4 should be able to run AMP. AMP need 10.4 to work because it uses all kinds of tech from it. If it still will not run try deleting the preferences file and whatnot. Hope that helps.

Slow Shuffle

Hi guys, i'm new here and have just finished installing a mac mini in my '97 range rover, it runs AMP and i'm very happy with it. One thing tough; shuffle on all music takes 4 minutes to start playing. My music library is about 55 GB and all songs have album art. Also, just pressing shuffle in one cd takes 1 minute. Any suggestions?

Left AMP

I did see that he stopped working on AMP 2 But I see in videos and forums that people are still using the original AMP. IS that not available to use anymore?
