Cant get internal bluetooth to work

Afternoon all,

i have two of these, one for each vehicle.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d....cWAT.m240.lVI

but i cant seen to get the internal bluetooth to work, the bluetooth is there i have checked. It will work with Bleusoil (sp) but i dont like this application, so i installed bluetooth stack.... but it wont recognise the internal card, at the moment i have an external dongle in which it will recognise.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Thanks.
