Just apply for Beta testing. There's a stickey at the top of this forum about it: http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/boom...g-program.html

Good luck!

Quite a few more countries than that.

It's just that noone is interested; DAB quality is mediocre. People overhere are more interested in DVB-T.

DVB-T provides both radio and tv, and it is proven to work in driving cars.

Same reason why people often say "New York City" cuz then it's clear, if someone just says New York you're not sure if they're referring to NYC or New York state. But if you think that's strange, how bout Kansas City, Missouri... there's probably others like that too... [Kansas and Missouri are both US states, but KC is in Missouri]. I don't think its just an American thing tho, don't know my Australian geogrpahy enough to think of an example there off the top of my head, but iirc Auckland is both a NZ city and province....

Oh yeah and I'm axiously awaiting the release of this HD radio too, signed up for beta months ago, hope everything is going smoothly!

Actually, there's a Kansas City, Missouri and a Kansas City, Kansas. They are the same city, it's just that the city is right on the border of the two states.

Unless your talking about football, in which case, saying "New York" when referring to the New York Jets AND the New York Giants, actually means "New Jersey", since both teams play in Giants Stadium in New Jersey, (a state that is neither new york state, or new york city).

Just felt the need to point out more confusion.

Oh yeah, and seriously, I want this radio. I too have been waiting for HDRadio to complete my carputer (though it seems they are never truely complete)
