Streetdeck Bug Reporting Process
What version of StreetDeck is this bug report for?
1.1.1.6
Please give a basic description of the issue here.
When entering Navigation a error "parameter incorrect" is displayed with an OK to accept. Clicking on the OK does not remove the error and allow navigation to work. a reboot is required to exit out of the system if StreetDeck does not crash.
Streetdeck Bug Reporting Process
Is the system that is listed in your CarPC specs under your user name the same system where you encountered this bug? Yes
If no, please describe your system here.
NA
Streetdeck **BUG** Definition:
Reproducible error using all Streetdeck supported hardware correctly.
This process was designed to eliminate the confusion of reporting a bug with Streetdeck. Bugs will only be fixed if they are listed in the StreetDeck bug forum and contain all the required information. Do not expect a bug to be fixed if it is not listed or does not contain all the relevant information. The job of StreetDeck tech support as it relates to reporting bugs is to duplicate issues and confirm that they are in fact bugs and not simply configuration errors or unsupported hardware. Please help by providing accurate information.
Please provide any relevant information regarding the issue you have encountered.

StreetDeck functions without any problems unless entering Navigation via the navigation button. GPS digital mod works with GPS without any problems as does Map Point within the same system when exited out of StreetDeck. If holding down the enter key to try to remove the error. the background will actually display the GPS information as it normally would within navigation, (error still present) giving reason that the GPS data is being accepted by StreetDeck.
According to the forum many users are having this same problem. Several different possible solutions most include a rebuild of the OS and reinstall of StreetDeck. Some are now having the issue after complete system rebuilds without any hardware changes.
The problem seems to be caused by corrupted map files. although how the map files become corrupt is not known.
thank you for your time and help
