I will also try to run my pc from a differet PSU (on 220volt), so I know if the problem has something to do with the pc, the amps of maybe both...
I will reground everything tomorrow (or maybe tonight, if i have time) and let you guys know what happens...

in meanwhile, if anyone has another idea or solutions, lets hear it

this evening when i got home i deinstallled everything, chose another ground an reinstalled everything again... i was able to play music, everything seems ok.
tomorrow i will play music a little harder and longer, and i'll see what happens...
