Hello again,

in continuation to my last thread ... I just have one question.

Can i output sound from externalsoundcard to h701 and use the HU just to contol the eq etc...

Or else.. what is the best setup. Either case the output has to go to 4-channel amp to speakers and mono amo to sub.

You could go without the head unit and just use the RUX-C701 controller for the EQ. Then all you'd need is an optical output from your pc to the H701. That's pretty much how I have mine set.
Unless you are attached to FM. I'm not entirely sure if that particular head unit controlls the H701
