Zapco DC Reference Series Amps?

Is this the holy grail of all-in-one amps that many of us have been waiting for? I'm very curious to see how one of these would fit into an HU-less car pc setup. Feedback? (I apologize if this has been discussed previously. I didn't find anything in my search)

Key features:
Digital Inputs
Computer Controlled via USB
Not discontinued

Buzzkill: The 6 channel is $1425 MSRP

This amp Is almost the same as the 650.6 refrence amp with a few differences with the processing aside. The DC has flexiable impediance switching (like the JL slash amps) The dc650 also has more output on the bridged (5+6) sub channels. The processing is awesome in this amp (you can see my review on the DSP6-SL processor if you do a search for the DSP-6) All processing is the same. The amp can be driven off one set of inputs, If you dont want to run multiple signal cables back. One gripe is there is no digital inputs on the DC amps, just their processor has digital in.
