Looking for good 5-Channel Amp with optical inputs

Does anyone have any leads on a good 5-Channel Amp with at least 2 optical inputs?

My current setup is a Epia M10000-based carputer that feeds into a 5-Channel Eclipse amp, setup in in 4-channel mode, and an output from my AMP to my stock sub. I also have modified Sirius Connect unit with an output port that can take either a regular analog cable or a TOS link cable. The problem is that I have horrendous noise that I don't have the time to troubleshoot, and want to get an amp that has optical outputs.

i've never heard of an amp with dual digital inputs, and the amps that have single digital inputs are few and far between. check out the faq (i think) for a list of them

I have a coworker (who I think is here) who has an Autotek 5 channel with 1 optical in (as well as analog inputs). I think he is here (veedubb8). Never heard of one with 2 optical inputs, but finding an optical switcher could be the answer (Parts Express maybe).
