No audio from line input for sirius usb adapter

I have an aopen mp945-D and the sirius usb adapter from mitchjs, and I can't get audio from it. It is detected by the computer, and I can see the channels and all, even tune to them, but I'm not getting any audio from it.

I have sound coming through my car speakers from my amp, so it leads me to believe that it is a software problem maybe. Windows has so many options for audio and sound levels that it would be easy to miss one. Any ideas as to why this is happening, thanks.
