Callers can't hear me through Pioneer DEH-6900UB

Futureshop hooked up my DEH 6900UB with the CD-BTB200 bluetooth adaptor. I can connect my Sony K790a cell phone to it, registered it with the unit but when a call comes in I can hear the caller and they can't hear me. I can't voice dial or anything. Is there something I am missing in the settings or phone settings or is it the mic which is probably the most obvious. Any hints before I take it back to Futureshop?

@op - did they forget to hook up or even install the mic? that'd be the first place I'd look. Bring it back to them, you paid them to put it in, they should be the ones to fix it.
