are you wanting to run each sub off its own amp or both subs off one amp?
Not gonna happen with 1 sub 1 amp. you have to wire the subs together and to one amp to get a 4 ohm load. 4ohm DVC=2ohm or 8ohm load. two 4 ohm DVC=1ohm, 4ohm, or 16ohm. you want to wire them series/parallel but you will need 4x the needed wattage of each VC or double the wattage of the 2 vc's together. so if there 150w per vc you would need a 600w RMS amp. what model subs and amps?

If your amps are 2 channel then you can run one coil off each amp channel.

Yes that will work just make sure if you have 2 gain settings on each amp they are at the same level using a multimeter.

set it to measure ac voltage and connect to the speaker outputs. make sure the voltage reading is the same/close enough for each channel.
