OK, I am a complete moron. There was a Blaupunkt Velocity V420 listed on ebay....new....for $50....and I LET IT GO. It is the perfect amp for my installation, however I felt the need to consult my loving wife about it before I spent any money. In the meantime, someone else bought it. I could just cry....

Anyway, is there anyone here who knows where I can find one of these amps, or something of a similar size? And no, I am not interested in an amp kit from 41hz.com...I just don't have a warm fuzzy feeling about them. Thanks guys!

A couple of options.

1) I have a Blaupunkt VR420 but I'm always on the fence about selling it. I'll think about it. How soon do you want or need it?

2) http://www.ezamps.com/ Maybe PM or email envisionelec. I'm not sure if these are for car or home use.

4) a/d/s made some smaller 4 channel amps that can be found on ebay from time to time. Right now the smallest on on ebay is a PQ8. They maybe smaller ones though like th P4.15

1) I would love to buy your amp if you are willing to part with it, but I would like to have it ASAP. I am hoping to start my install this weekend. I guess I am at your mercy though

2) I like what I am seeing here, and I will keep this site in mind. The kits here look much more beefy than the ones on 41hz.com

3) I've seen this thread before, and I LOVE the concept. I don't think that the timeline for production lines up with my timeline for installation.

4) I like the PQ8, but I can't find any specs as to the size of the amp. Judging by the picture, it might work though.

[EDIT] I found the dimensions on the a/d/s web site. It is a little big, but I might be able to make it work.
